Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Submit Quality Documentation
For items that are damaged or misprinted, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging to help us expedite your replacement.
- 3.Receive Return Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.
- 4.Complete the Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your corrected replacement.
